i’m sure that one day i’ll post a picture of something besides food, but until then… my take on a breakfast tostada. corn tortilla with cheddar, egg, salsa, corn salsa, tomato, and lightly sautéed onion.
fed by babies a healthy meal of quinoa with mushrooms; kale, spinach, and feta sauté, roasted zucchini (and corn, not pictured). :) @kath_whitehead @alexkollhoff @jby_young
lunch! an italian-inspired vegetable stir-fry (kale, tomato, white beans, onion) on a bed of brown rice, topped with parmesan cheese and pumpkin seeds. :)
study snack! bananas sautéed in a little butter, honey, cinnamon & nutmeg with organic vanilla ice cream. :)
breakfast! half a cantaloupe, yogurt drizzled with honey, and almonds.
i’m doing the #danielfast soon with some modifications under the guidance of my nutritionist. i’m doing it primarily to detox sugar, but also to get back in touch with my spirituality. so… it may not truly be a “daniel fast”, but it is inspired.
